This is a bill in equity brought by plaintiff to set aside an award made by defendant under the provisions of the Longshoremen's and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act (33 USCA §§ 901-950).

Plaintiff, in substance, alleges that the award is not in accordance with law because not supported by competent evidence, the claim being that the fall resulting in the death of Albert Mielhke, the deceased employee, was caused by fainting...
