He claimed that he was the general agent of the International Life Insurance Company, a Missouri corporation, in Texas, during his life; that he had been so representing such company for 16 years, during which time he had expended $77,000 in establishing the business; that in July or August of 1928 it became known that the president of the insurance company had defaulted...
