Libelant's barge was run into and damaged by the ferryboat Westfield, owned by the Central Railroad Company of New Jersey, and has sued that company to recover the damages sustained. The Central Railroad Company has impleaded the Delaware, Lackawanna & Western Railroad Company. The Central Railroad Company of New Jersey has also brought a separate suit to recover its own damage against the Delaware, Lackawanna & Western Railroad Company...
