That the plaintiffs are residents of Missouri and Ohio, respectively, and the defendants citizens of Colorado. The plaintiff, Frank C. Seested, in November, 1926, recovered a judgment in the circuit court of Jackson county, Mo., against the Star Printing & Publishing Company, a Missouri corporation, formerly called the Post Printing...
