The Federal Trade Commission, the petitioner, seeks a decree of this court for enforcement of the modified order of the petitioner dated June 21, 1928, against Abbott E. Kay, under the provisions of section 5 of the Act of Congress approved September 26, 1914 (38 Stat. 717 [15 USCA § 45]).
