The information in this case undertakes to charge a conspiracy to violate sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Anti-Trust Act, 26 Stat. 209 (15 U. S. Code §§ 1, 2 [15 USCA §§ 1, 2]).

A demurrer of the defendant to the information has been submitted, and also a special plea of the statute of limitations. The first count of the information charges, in substance, that the defendant and some of its officers engaged in a conspiracy...
