This suit was brought in the court below against the appellant by the appellee, the trustee in bankruptcy of C. W. Crawford, who was adjudged bankrupt in September, 1924. Appellee's petition as it was amended contained allegations to the following effect: The appellee and appellant are citizens of the state of Texas. In February, 1924, when the bankrupt was the owner of a stock of goods located in Sherman, Tex., and was indebted to appellant...
