These two cases are appeals from decrees of the District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, dismissing the bills of complaint in each case. The bills of complaint sought an accounting from the defendant-appellee, Howcott, in each case. The appellee Howcott was the selling agent of the plaintiffs for lands owned by them over a continuous period from 1892 until 1911, and the plaintiffs claimed that he had not made to them a faithful...
