This was a suit by the appellee, Roxana Petroleum Corporation, against the appellant, G. A. Brandt, to quiet the title of the former under the "agreement and lease" mentioned below to a tract of land containing 232 acres adversely claimed by appellant. The decree appealed from sustained the claim asserted by the suit.
