This is a patent infringement suit, based on claims 14, 15, and 16 of letters patent No. 1,551,069, issued August 25, 1925, to one Stanczyk, and assigned to the plaintiff. It relates to an automatic blow torch. These claims were held valid in Lenk v. Hunt-Lasher Co., Inc. (D. C.) 14 F.2d 335.
