This is an action in equity, brought in accordance with sections 5 and 9 of title 2 of the National Prohibition Act (27 USCA §§ 14, 21), and in pursuance of the provisions of section 6, chapter 348, of the Act of Congress of March 3, 1927, 44 Stat. 1383 (5 USCA § 281e), to review the action of the prohibition administrator in revoking the permit theretofore issued to complainant, and to affirm, modify, or reverse the findings...
