Appellant, as owner, brought the usual infringement suit, based on patent 860,929, of July 23, 1907, for a process of separating moisture from the constituent solids of liquids, and on patent No. 1,000,931, dated August 15, 1911, upon an apparatus for such use. Both these patents were on application of Merrell and others. The court below held that the process patent was not infringed, and dismissed the bill as to both patents — doubtless...
