The action, however, is brought under section 70e of the Bankruptcy Act (11 USCA § 110 (e), providing that the trustee may avoid any transfer by the bankrupt, and Congress has by an amendment thereto provided that for the purpose of such recovery any court of bankruptcy shall have jurisdiction...
