It was brought October 3, 1924, by the Kaw Valley Drainage District and the City of Kansas City, Kansas, against appellants, who are attorneys at law residing at Kansas City, Kansas, and David Buckland, Samuel Clark and Peter Kramer who constituted the board of county commissioners of Wyandotte County, Kansas.
