The plaintiff had judgment and the defendants sued out this writ of error. As the case must be tried again we shall state the issues in detail and discuss all questions raised by the assignments of error.

Percy McGeorge brought this action of ejectment against the Island Development Company and Altantic Brigantine Bridge Company to recover land known as Boot Island, being one of many islands which form the broken shore line of New Jersey...
