This is a writ of error to review a judgment in favor of the defendant in an action for libel. The plaintiff in error is a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the state of Delaware, with an authorized capital of $2,500,000, divided into 2,500,000 shares, of the par value of $1 each. The corporation also authorized a bond issue in the sum of $750,000, and in December, 1924, its stocks and bonds were listed with the Public Service...
