Appellant brought suit to recover some $230,000 for damages for breach of contract alleged to have been caused by the refusal of appellee to ship certain automobiles that had been allotted to him as distributor. Appellee admitted an indebtedness of $4,068.28, and a verdict in that amount was directed for appellant, rejecting the balance of the claim. Error is assigned thereto.
