Between the latter part of 1925 and the end of 1926 one Lambert was the proprietor of a place in Klamath Falls, Or., for the sale of cigars, tobacco, and sporting goods. For about a year prior to November 30, 1926, one Barnes was in the employ of Lambert in the place in question.
