This is an injunction proceeding under section 21 (b) of the Longshoremen's and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act, approved March 4, 1927 (33 USCA § 921 (b) to set aside a compensation order made in favor of the defendant Jennings, a longshoreman, who was injured in the course of his employment by the plaintiff Jarka. The other plaintiff is Jarka's insurer. There is no dispute about the facts; they are in substance as alleged in the bill...
