This is an action at law brought in the District Court of the United States for the Northern District of West Virginia, at Parkersburg, by Vincenzo Madonna and Enrico Iannarelli, administrators of Francisco Balzana, deceased, against the Wheeling Steel Corporation, to recover damages for the death of Balzana.
