This suit was instituted in the District Court by a bill to foreclose a mortgage issued to secure corporate bonds. The case arose out of a contract of sale of real property and concerns the claimed lien of the mortgage, containing an after-acquired property clause, on property of a constituent corporation after its consolidation with the mortgagor corporation, and the claim that the lien, if it exists, is good against the property in the hands...
