Petitioners were born in China, and are of Chinese race. Ng Shee is the wife of Lum Hing, a domiciled Chinese merchant of Portland, Or. Returning from China, petitioner Ng Shee brought with her the petitioner Lum Poy, their adopted son. This son is four years of age.
