Exceptions were filed later than 20 days after the filing of the report, and counsel for the trustee has filed a motion to dismiss the exceptions, as not having been filed in accordance with equity rule 66. The omission to file the exceptions as required by the equity rules is not jurisdictional. They may be followed in many cases...
