De Lano to enjoin the city of Tulsa, Okl., its mayor, commissioners, and building inspector, from exercising jurisdiction over a certain tract of land alleged to be not within the limits of the city of Tulsa, and particularly from exercising jurisdiction under a certain Zoning Ordinance No. 2576.
