On November 7, 1922, at 10 o'clock a. m., the steamer Albany Socony, at the Rochester Cut in the New York State Barge Canal, about a mile and a half west of the Genesee river, came into collision with the boat Frank Jennings then in tow of the tug Reliance causing damage.
