On November 7, 1922, at 10 o'clock a. m., the steamer Albany Socony, at the Rochester Cut in the New York State Barge Canal, about a mile and a half west of the Genesee river, came into collision with the boat Frank Jennings then in tow of the tug Reliance causing damage. Libels were filed against the Albany Socony and the Standard Oil Company of New York, its owner, and the latter interpleaded the tug Reliance in all these suits. The appellant...
