The appellees were duly adjudicated bankrupts in the District Court of the United States for the District of North Dakota, and afterwards filed petitions for discharge. The hearings on these applications were set for September 7, 1927. September 6, 1927, appellant entered its appearance, and within 10 days filed its specifications of objections to the discharge of the bankrupts.
