Appellee has an oil and gas lease, and is in possession thereunder of a certain forty acres of land in Seminole county, Okl., which is claimed by Jimpka, Milsey, and Molly Anna Harjo, Indians, as heirs of one Sanko, a full-blood Seminole Indian, who died in 1907, the land being a part of the allotment of said Sanko. In 1926 these Indian heirs executed attorneys' contracts with appellants Saunders and Emerick, attorneys at law, under which said...
