This suit was begun July 26, 1921. It was first brought to my attention on September 30, 1922, on a motion to dismiss for want of jurisdiction. This motion I denied. 283 F. 1015. On January 30, 1925, by agreement of counsel, the question was reopened, and, on the admission that the wreck was a total loss and that no suit in rem would lie, and on the strength of Blamberg Bros. v.
