The St. Louis-San Francisco Railway Company filed in the Western district of Oklahoma, two suits to recover certain taxes assessed for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1924, and ending June 30, 1925, and paid by plaintiff under protest. The taxes were paid in two installments, the first on December 29, 1924, and the second on June 11, 1925. The first suit was filed on January 19, 1925, and the second suit was filed July 1, 1925.
