This is an appeal to review a decree entered in the District Court of the United States for the District of Maryland, which adjudged valid, and infringed by appellant, claim 16 of patent to W. A. Gibbs, appellee, No. 1,540,691, patented June 2, 1925, and issued on application filed November 12, 1920. The decree complained of was entered on July 1, 1927. The patent relates to improvements in traps designed for the capture of fur-bearing animals...
