This appeal is from an order of the District Court denying appellants' petition to impeach an award made and filed by an arbitration board. The award disposed of controversies relating to wages, etc., that had arisen between certain western railroads and their employees. The arbitration proceedings were instituted and conducted under the so-called Railroad Labor Act (45 USCA §§ 151-163). The railroads appointed two arbitrators...
