This was an action by the defendant in error against the plaintiff in error, Louisiana Oil Refining Corporation, to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by the former, as a result of an explosion which occurred while he was performing work about the cleaning and dyeing machinery of his employer, Model Cleaners & Dyers, Incorporated.
