Appellee, a citizen of Michigan brought suit in equity against Tyler county, a Texas municipal corporation, and various officers of said county, all citizens of Texas, to recover on six warrants, each of the face value of $500, and on certain interest coupons attached thereto, aggregating $165, issued by the said county and denominated "Tyler county road and bridge warrants."
