April 17, 1917, design patent No. 50,624 was issued to one Louie Klima. The specification, with its claim, reads as follows:

"Be it known that I, Louie Klima, a citizen of the United States, residing at Owatonna, in the county of Steele and state of Minnesota, have invented a new, original, and ornamental design for ventilators, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming...
