We cannot agree with the learned judge in substituting for the judgment of the defendant his own estimate of the value of the plan. Assuming that Chamberlin and Linton, the defendant's representatives, had opportunity to examine it to their satisfaction on October 4, 1920, and that Taylor did not misstate its contents, their acceptance was final, and forbids a court...
