The case is before the court upon the plaintiffs' motion for an injunction pendente lite upon a supplemental bill. Upon the original bill the case was heard by the District Court, and the issues involved the validity and infringement of claims 9, 11, and 18 of the patent. From the decree entered April 10, 1924, pursuant to an opinion filed the preceding March 22d (297 F. 474), an appeal to the Circuit Court of Appeals was immediately taken...
