This is an appeal from a judgment for $18,000, and interest and costs, in the Supreme Court of the District of Columbia, in a personal injury case, in which the chief and important question submitted for our decision is: When is the alleged ratification of a written release, procured by fraud, a question of fact for the jury, and when is it a question of law for the decision of the court, upon motion for directed verdict?
