This is an action in equity for the alleged infringement of patent No. 1,405,173, issued to Hervey J. Wheeler, for pumping apparatus, dated January 31, 1922, patent No. 1,480,482, issued to Hervey J. Wheeler, for pumping apparatus, dated January 8, 1924, and patent No. 1,554,076, issued to Gunnar C. Engstrand, for pumping apparatus, dated September 15, 1925.
