The conclusion reached is that a decree as herein indicated should be entered in favor of the plaintiff. The defendant maintains what may be called a whisky warehouse. Independently of the internal revenue laws and regulations and those forbidding the traffic in alcoholic liquors for use for beverage purposes and regulating their sale for other lawful uses, the defendant is a warehouseman.
