This is a suit, in the form of trespass to try title, to recover an undivided interest amounting to 625 acres of land out of a larger tract containing about 1,392 acres, which larger tract is described by metes and bounds in the petition. Jurisdiction is based on diversity of citizenship; the plaintiffs being citizens of states other than Texas and the defendants residing here. The plaintiffs allege that they hold the title to the 625 acres...
