Appellants brought suit for the infringement of two patents for electric drink mixers such as are commonly used at soda fountains, relying on thirty-five of fifty-three claims of United States letters patent No. 1,452,197, April 17, 1923, and four claims of No. 1,537,076, May 12, 1925, both to Gilchrist.
