This is a contempt proceeding under section 41 of the Bankruptcy Act (11 USCA § 69). It originally came into court on the petition filed by the trustee in bankruptcy, alleging that the examination of the bankrupt was not in accordance with the law, as provided by section 41a, subd. 4, of the Bankruptcy Act (11 USCA § 69 (a) (4). As to this part of the proceeding, we are of the opinion that the case was not properly originated...
