Appellant was adjudged a bankrupt on June 15, 1923, on his petition. When he applied for his discharge appellee, one of his creditors, filed objections, alleging that the bankrupt, with intent to conceal his financial condition had destroyed and concealed or failed to keep books of account or records from which such condition might be ascertained. Bankruptcy Act, § 14b (2), being 11 USCA § 32. The court ordered that a hearing be had...
