BRYAN, Circuit Judge.

Appellants seek to reverse a decree dismissing their bill of complaint for the rescission of a sale of land, on the ground of fraud. The question here is whether the averments of fact contained in the bill are sufficient to require the granting of the relief prayed for, as appellees were not required to answer, and the bill was dismissed on their motion for want of equity.

This suit was brought against Allen, Meier, Bryant, Varn, Saunders...
