This is a suit in equity brought for the purpose of determining the relative rights of the receiver of the insolvent First National Bank of Cheyenne and three surety companies, growing out of a deposit by the county of Laramie, Wyo., in that bank at the time the bank was closed; one of the surety companies being an indemnitor of the county upon such deposit, and the other two being the official sureties...
