This is a writ of error to review a judgment in favor of the plaintiff upon an agreed statement of facts. It appears from the agreed statement that on November 15, 1920, the defendant in error was the proprietor of a bonded winery located at Lankershim, in the state of California, and had given bond to the United States conditioned that he would comply with all laws and regulations respecting the production and fortification of all wines produced...
