These are motions for new trials. The defendants were convicted and sentenced for violations of the Prohibition Act (Comp. St. § 101138¼ et seq.). They moved to suppress evidence and objected to its introduction, on the ground that it had been obtained by unlawful search and seizure, contrary to their rights secured by the federal Constitution.
