This is a suit for infringement of claims 7, 13, 15, 18, and 19, of United States patent No. 1,342,687, June 8, 1920, to Melanowski — now the property of plaintiff appellant. The invention of the patent relates generally to socalled double reduction drive mechanism for automobiles, with especial reference to trucks having a capacity of three to five tons and upwards.
