Appellant's action is one to recover damages in the sum of $125,000 for breach of contract. It asserts a repudiation by William Horner as of January 24, 1920, of contracts to manufacture and sell maple flooring. It demands damages measured by the difference between the contract price and the market price at the time of breach.
