Rosin, Paskow and Freeman, stockholders, directors and officers of a corporation bearing their names, were tried and convicted under an indictment which contained three counts, charging them in different details with the offense of using the United States mails for the purpose of executing a scheme to defraud, in violation of section 215 of the Criminal Code (Comp.
